What The Padel
Terms of Service
Effective 9 July 2026
In short
- What The Padel is a free tool that recommends padel rackets and links you to third-party retailers — we don't sell rackets ourselves.
- Recommendations are opinions, not guarantees, and are not medical advice.
- Prices and stock come from the retailers and can change; any purchase is between you and the retailer.
- The service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited.
By using What The Padel, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
What The Padel is a free app and website that recommends padel rackets from a short quiz and links you to third-party retailers to buy. We don't sell rackets and are not a party to any purchase.
2. Recommendations are not advice
Our recommendations are opinions to help you shop — not guarantees that a racket will suit you, and not medical advice. We factor in self-reported injuries, but for any injury or health concern, consult a qualified professional.
3. Retailers and pricing
Prices, stock, and product details come from third-party retailers, may be inaccurate or change at any time, and any purchase is governed by the retailer's own terms. Some outbound links may be affiliate links from which we may receive a referral fee.
4. Your account and fair use
Use the service lawfully and fairly — don't scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with it. If you create an account, give accurate details, keep your login secure, and note it's one account per person; you can delete your account in the app, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Our content
The app, website, brand, name, logos, and content are owned by MOX Commerce Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the service as intended.
6. “As is” and liability
THE SERVICE AND ITS RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOX Commerce Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party retailers or your reliance on our recommendations. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; if you keep using the service after a change takes effect, that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to its courts.
